The game is decent if you don't wander outside the confines of the story much and only dabble into about half a dozen of side quests that are something more than just steal/kill/escort missions. The rest? To be avoided until further notice - most likely 2 or 3 years after release, by which time I hope the devs will have made many, many QoL improvements and actually make Night City feel like a city rather than just a nice looking postcard.

General soundtrack and in-game radio stations are good, so there's that at least.

Ultimately though, this is most definitely not as advertised and should not be purchased at full price as it is now. Your best bet would be to wait for a definitive edition of the game somewhere down the line to be bought for, at most, $30. Maybe CDPR will actually redeem itself and actually implement all the things they promised us. Maybe not.
