can the social age persist into the age of anonymity, where many can converge in a variance of urban anonymity for the purpose of discussion void of true personality? only groupthink flourishes in such circumstances, deviance taking hold. disagreements in such groups (ie. those considered fanse of anthropomorhpic animals, fans of japanese animations, etc.) tend to be of a vain sort. disagreements between surface details and aesthetics of a lesser sort. the philosophical forum has ceased, whereas ideas were once challenged, only aesthetics are now challenged.
