Even though the combat is a bit too simplistic for my taste, the visual and soundtrack are absolutely phenomenal. Some boss battles are interesting enough. Solid game

Super fun and addicting gameplay. Each character has vastly different playstyle, resulted in great replayability
Probably one of the best sandbox games in recent years.

This is not your typical harem manga.
You actually have to work hard to get all the waifus

Early Access Review
First of all, I want to say that it was difficult for me to give this game a thumb down. I really loved the prologue/demo I played a while ago, so much that I even tried to 100% the achievements. However, when I got the actual game, it felt so much different from what I imagined:
- I have to travel in a (kinda) open world, instead of dungeon crawling only. I'm fine with that but the execution was bad imo. The forest looks samey, which make me confused to navigate, and the map doesn't help much tbh
- Walking back to the town is tedious, and it will cost you quite the amount of resources on the way home
- Still not have fully dialogue voiceover, apart from the prologue (I know this is early access and the dev is an indie company. Totally understandable, but be aware if you come from the demo)

I'll come back and change the review once the game is more polished and address all the major problems

Slay the spire re-ignited my love for card games. I've been playing it non stop in the last few days. It's so addicting.
I regret having avoided this game for a quite while, since the art style was not really my taste. Then last week, I finally decided to give this game a try and boi the gameplay carried it all. The repetitive music didn't bother me all that much, you can just turn the ingame music off and play something else in the background.

A true successor of commandos and desperados.
It also improved and added more mechanics to meet the standards of modern games. I really like the shadow mode where you can setup actions for multiple characters to execute at the same time. It adds more depth and allow the devs create more challenging missions. Watching your plans turn out well, is also very satisfying.
The only small nitpick I can complain about is that I can't get 100% achievements for this game, due to the speedrun badges. Speedrun is nice to watch, but having it as an achievement in game seems conflicting with the genre. A stealth game is all about planning and being patient after all.
Other than that, the game is fantastic.

Fun and addicting game. I keep telling myself "Just one more run" and it's never only one
Gameplay is very smooth, combat also feels satisfying. There are plenty of builds that you can mess around.

game is pretty addicting and seems promising
I find myself keep coming back to this demo. The new update made the prologue much more enjoyable too

I've never seen a game with such complex and detailed dialogue system
Loving it so far!
