While this game do have the horror "tag" i would not say that it's a horror game.

If one has played Amnesia: the dark decent then someone will not be scared when playing this game.
They will have a constant fear in their head that maybe a monster will chase them at some point. or maybe they will have to dodge the enemy's roaming around.
But in some sense there is no need for this. the enemys are not scary, they are pigs. While i saw myself trying to avoid contact with them, they had poorly coded AI which made this super easy.
To add to this, it where like 4-5 times you actually encountered the enemys.

The story-
The story was a bit of a brain teaser, it was hard to grasp what even the story was about. Even though i completed it in about 3 hours, it feelt like in the last 20 minutes i grasped what the story was about.

OverAll-
Overall the game was not "good" but i was not bored while i played it. Before i played this game, i played Amnesia: the dark decent, That game had be on my toes the whole game. i am not even finished with that game yet, but this game. i was not scared through. So with that being said, i will give them game 4/10
