Pretty terrible. I can't imagine what people are actually playing because I don't think their experience is mine.

It's gears of Aliens, it has cover based shooter mechanics for a coop against mostly melee creatures. The xenos are the most pathetic lazy 'run up and slap you like a cat' enemies possible, with almost no lethality. It blatantly steals all of its mechanics from gears of war and l4d and brings nothing original to the table. Your abilities are augmented by moba/overwatch abilities and a coop progression system that makes me want to throw up.

I'm looking for an alien game where you're shooting aliens to actually have dangerous aliens. Should be highly lethal to match the tone of the films, ie maybe low health for xenos but 1 or 2 hit kills for you as well since these guys are extremely dangerous super predators.

The good thing about this game is the aesthetics. I was initially beaming upon hearing the soundtrack, looking at all the cool armor and marine designs, even the locations are great from the little bit of the game I got to play. It looks great, their artists are fungin amazing. Unfortunately I can't say the same about their programmers and the bosses in charge of this pukefest.

I'd give it a 3/10 at least it isn't buggy. If you want a coop shooter and you don't care about the details and aren't picky like me you'll probably enjoy it.
