Game has a lot (A LOT) of problems. If you want to play and enjoy this game, you have to accept that you're gonna spend a lot of time fixing things before and after you start playing. However, the love that was put into this game shines through that. New and innovative ideas build on Shadow of Chernobyl, making you wonder why they weren't there in the first place. The atmosphere is top notch and A-Life makes every journey into the zone a unique one.

Gun play realism was sacrificed for a more defined progression system. Manage your expectations, weapons aren't super realistic. Instead, they start out stupidly weak and inaccurate and, well, progress over time. It might be hard at first, (especially if you try to rush the main story) but desperately scavenging for weapons, bandages and money through the zone, just like every other stalker, makes you truly feel like you truly belong in the world. The zone isn't a gun playground. It's a dangerous, incomprehensible and hopeless place, where you have to fight for your survival. Such is life in the zone. Clear sky ruthlessly illustrates that.
