Daggerfall may not be the 'best' Elder Scrolls game, but it's certainly my favourite.

And I highly recommend using Daggerfall Unity instead of the base game, It can be modded very easily. Though if you want to play the original it still works and plays great, trust me I have like 50 hours in the original DOS version (before it was on steam)
