This game deserves more attention. I personally enjoyed it.

Keep in mind, the game is meant to be difficult, but they have been lowering the difficulty and patching up the AI partner.

If you are interested, play the game without killing at all, it'll give you more points and feel more rewarding.

Hi! Thank you for this review, we're very glad you liked Police Stories! We continue to improve the game – now all suspects can fight in close combat!

Also, we released DLC - Zombie Case. 5 missions, new locations, gameplay mechanics and battles with zombies – a great reason to return to the game and invite a friend for a co-op session! It's easier to save the world from the zombie apocalypse with a partner on your side, after all. Plus, there's a 65% discount on the main game right now!
