Hi. I saw your message in the ME: Update post, regarding not being able to start the game. I had the same issue. I'm not from China, but the problem seems to be due to time zone issues or smth. If you are stuck in the launcher and the game keeps restarting when you try to choose the ME part, here's the solution which worked for me:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Choose: Region
3. Choose: Administrative
4. Click on: Change system locale
5. Check "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.

It fixed the issue for me. If you are unable to find something from the mentioned steps above - please accept me via friends and I will send the screenshots to guide you.
