In short I would describe this game as the Czech Legend.

This game is truly a masterpiece.
What you can do in this game has very few limitations, from being the merciful Henry you can be to killing priests and monks all over the place.

The level system is actually great. If you play for the first time, you level your own skills AND the ingame skills at the same time. When you've already gone through the game's every corner, it is just your character learning.
Sometimes it can be painfully long to get a perk you wanted, however if you just started a new game, you have some serious grinding to do before you can start doing side quests, dlcs or even the main storyline. This can get really painful, but you will not get bored every single time you start a new game. There also a lots of ways you can play the game as I described earlier. You don't have to choose only between who you kill and not, you can also choose which weapon you will level up and get fantabulous with, whether you will be a villian or a hero, whether you will help the poor, (slight spoilers to a DLC, if you have not played the Pribyslavitz DLC and you don't want to get spoiled even the slightest information about it, do not click to reveal the spoiler ahead) you can even build your own wholeass city where you will be the bailiff!

This game has some downsides being for example the combat system. The combat system shines when you are fighting 1 enemy, on the other hand the combat gets ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with more enemies. I am not kidding, the combat system is surprisingly built for 1 enemy, even though when you are fast travelling you may encounter groups of armed bandits and it is not rare. In short, do not fight more than one enemy or it will get very frustrating.

For the storyline? The storyline is one of the best written story I have ever seen. It is a complete masterpiece. I will not spoil anything though, I am just speechless when it comes to the story.

Overall I would definitely recommend this game, if you don't like medieval RPG games, do not worry, I didn't like them too. I gave the game a try and now this is my no. 1 favorite game.

(This game was given to me as a gift from my friend, but it does get really cheap when it is on sale. Buy the Royal Edition - the DLCs are so good!)
