I'm too lazy to explain why it's actually not pay 2 win, and why it's not "a cheap GTA clone".

this game has already gotten such a bad reputation, I won't even try to point out what's wrong and what's right about the negative reviews.

I'll just say this:
it's not as bad as it seems.
