The sites requires you to log in to do virtually anything. The log in page to steam is on the same domain, which is a bit suspicious.
I tried logging in using a smurf, and of course it didn't work. Not to mention that the login page had minor flaws that don't correspond with steam's login page.
Many of the comments on this profile is by trade-banned people and are over-the-top positive, making it even more suspicious.
I think it's fairly obvious this is a phishing attempt. Tread carefully if you've been contacted by him for a trade.
