yo turns out my power supply was also playing a part in my slow performance and sometimes it would shut down under heavy load. my power supply was 850 watts but it was split into four 12v rails with 18 amps on each lol. so i just bought one 750 watts but it has one 12v rail with 62amps on it i gained like 10 fps haha. still didnt get a new cpu tho
