It's still pretty good, bit dated graphically, but it works on Win10 x64 as of Jan 2022.

I admit I'm kind of bad at it, but the Sandbox mode allows you to play around as much as you like to make efficient rail systems and learn the terrain system. Music's good too, there's enough that it doesn't grate on you.
