Early Access Review
A truly magical experience that pays testament to the more punishing games from the 80s. You play to build your skill and knowledge of the world. Seek true wisdom.

Noita is a captivating platformer, not just because of its gratifying pixel-physics and elemental properties, but the tastefully produced sound effects and music too! It's a sort of tribal, medieval druid jazz kind of dig. It exudes, quite literally, lore building potential and I hope this Early Access experience is only a taster of what is to come.

It has been compared to Spelunky, but for me it plays like a cross between the 1988 jet pack platformer Exile, and the 1983 classic Pharaoh's Curse. Two of my favourite games of all time. Very highly recommend for all that appreciate action roguelites, chemistry and physics.

I don't want difficulty levels, and I don't want it to be easy. Keep experimenting with adding new and fantastical ways of creating chaos. I would greatly welcome additional biomes, mysteries, quirky enemies and also the introduction of simple puzzles that rely on the correct manipulation of your environment.

Side note: I produced a spell tome for those who wish to polymorph their screen into a Cathode-ray tube https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1879844452

Nolla Games, you have created a classic. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work.
