Short, old schooled, rhythm game fun! Really easy to get into/improve on. If the base game's 40 songs aren't enough to satisfy your (assured) addiction to this game, you can pick up the 30$ DLC and get a lot, LOT more stuff to have fun with.

Though I hit the peak of my skill and interest for this game by now, I still binge-play some of the songs when I'm bored or want to listen to a cool song while pressing keys to the beat. Just shows how the gameplay never gets old.

I did wish there were more performance settings though, I'm very often limited to how well I can do with a song due to the annoying FPS drops and slowdowns. Sometimes it even happens just because I was using a certain character, like Reimu or Yume. Still though, if you have a decent PC, you probably won't have any issues running most songs at "high" settings
(high is in quotes because the game doesn't really have a lot of performance settings to begin with)

Wrapping up, the game's a solid 7.5/10 base and 9 for the DLC.

Surprisingly good, and somehow leaves a much less bitter taste when you finish it than with Vol 1.

I really don't know how, but this one was far more engaging despite the lack of a protagonist, or any interesting plot points/goals. All the game had to offer in order to make it worth the money was just showing the player what an ordinary day in the Minaduki Household is like.

It's funny, it's clever, and it's satisfying. All a visual novel of this type needs to be. 9/10, no further comment

Excellent characters, excellent music and astoudingly good art. One of the most high-quality, high-effort Visual Novels I've played in some time.

I'd really advise against getting the +18 patch though. A lot of people could argue that the whole "heat" arc was essential to the plot, but I think these were made just for the sake of fanservice and do not actually contribute anything meaningful to the story or overall game. They're just SO stretched out, awkward and plain unpleasant. One of the few ocassions where I would intentionally turn down and skip hentai scenes in a VN, or any game for that matter.

Aside from that though, it's a solid 8/10. Definitely worth the purchase

Kinda dead these days, but still fun to play with friends or mess around with bots. I wouldn't recommend playing in servers, they're always loaded with custom content and a lot are roleplay-oriented, which is strange considering that Gmod has much more potential for roleplaying gamemodes and that this game literally has "Deatmatch" in its name. Oh, the default maps are pretty awesome too

Simple, fun and barebones racing game. Plus, easy to perfect. Sorry for the short review, there's really not a lot to say about the game. If you're looking for a cheap-but-not-too-trash game to stock up your library, I guess it's fine. If you're looking for a game you actually wish to play from time to time, look elsewhere

While my review is that of a positive one, that's just because I believe the price is fair for what it is. But disregarding its worth, it has plenty of flaws I'd like to talk about. I don't think the devs have any plans of picking up of them and updating the game, but I still think that any people wanting to buy the game should read this to know what they're buying.

First, this is an amateur FMV game, which means that rather than using models or 2D graphics, the game uses pre-recorded footage for the visuals. In the case of this title, the footage is usually paired with QTEs and choices every once in a while. This means that many players could be a bit dissapointed about the lack of actual gameplay (still their fault for not reading the game's description and just buying it because of the price)

After getting that out of the way, I will admit I have several issues with how unnecessarily long the actual FMV's can be. The Fast-Forward feature was created for this reason, but it's usually either not fast enough, produces extremely irritating sounds while used or bugs out and causes you to restart the entire scene from the start for no reason. Just a plain frustrating execution of a great idea to solve the awful pace of the videos.

Another thing that bothers me is how poorly made the completionist features are. It's never said where or how extras, like the interactive trailer, can be unlocked, and the achievements are very non-descript.

Outside the technical area, the FMV's themselves are a bit lacking. The acting is a bit cheesy (yes, I know it's due to the actors' inexperience and lack of budget, but still), realism is almost non-existent (especially in the stealth scenes), the movement of the characters during action scenes is really awkward in just about every way possible and the fact the audio is reversed when the soldiers speak (what's supposed to be) Yugoslavic language is plain ridiculous

I'm not even going to get started on how weird and non-sensical the plot can be at times

In my opinion? Pretty good game. Fun with friends, not as dead as the other Source upgrades of multiplayer Half-Life mods (like DoD:S and Deathmatch Source).

Community servers are full of tryhard AWP users nowadays tho, but you'll still find a cool lobby every once in a while.
My only problem is the amount of lame grinding achievements, but that's not enough to change my mind about the game. Anyway, 7/10 would crush Dust2 matches with TMP killstreaks again
