It's a hot mess. Loads every once in awhile and takes way too long to actually start when it does load.
That said, the gunplay is good and the traversal is excellent. If they ever fix the CTD while compiling shaders (which it does Every. Damn. Time. for some reason) the it might even be worth spending money on in-game currency.

Oh, also it's got sexy women in bathing suits pewpewing the bad guys. I think they're the bad guys anyway.

EDIT: Found a combination of fixes (not the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Ray Tracing one) that have seemed to resolve the shaders issue. Testing for a few days and then I'll update again if it works (and include the fixes).

EDIT 2: Okay, both of the fixes I found from different sources seem to have resolved the Shader issue, so here they are.
From Noirfragment on Reddit
1. Steam Settings -> Downloads -> Shader PRE-CACHING (Disable this and then re-enable it)
2. Go to the following folder: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\NVIDIA and then delete the files that are INSIDE the GLCache folder.

Then, from BuBaLoM on Steam:
Go to C:\Users\blabla\AppData\Local\M1\Saved\Config\Windows
open Engine.ini , add

[SystemSettings]
r.ShaderPipelines=1
r.ShaderPipelineCache.Enabled=0
r.D3D.ForceDXC=1

Both of those together have resolved the Preparing Shaders issue for me. I prepared them once after applying these and since then has just launched into the game without the expected CTD.
