We have not only read the reality of a multicolor, multidimensional world anew. We appreciated not only the differences in the interests of individual states. But they saw the main — growing trend towards interdependence of the states of the world community. This is the dialectic of modern development. It is difficult, to a certain extent, as if by touch, through the struggle of opposites, a contradictory, socially and politically diverse, but interconnected, largely integral world develops.

Another equally obvious reality of our time — is the emergence and aggravation of so-called global problems, which also acquire vital significance for the fate of civilization. We are talking about preserving nature, about the critical state of the environment, the air basin and oceans, about the traditional resources of the planet, which, it turned out, are not limitless. We are talking about old and new terrible diseases, about the common concern of humanity, how to end hunger and poverty in vast areas of the Earth. We are talking about smart joint work to understand space and the World Ocean, to use the acquired knowledge for the benefit of all humanity.

But the union alone is not able to solve all these problems. And we do not hesitate to repeat this, calling for international cooperation. With all responsibility, discarding false "prestigious" considerations, we say that all of us in the modern world are increasingly dependent on each other and becoming necessary to each other. And since we know that in this world, speaking in close-up, we are now bound by a single destiny, that we live on the same planet, use its resources, exchange these resources and see that they are not limitless, that they must be protected, nature must be protected, the environment in which we live, then this is a reality for all of us. The need for effective, equitable international procedures and mechanisms that would ensure the rational use of the planet's resources as a universal human asset is becoming increasingly urgent.

And here we discover our interdependence, we discover the integrity of the world, the imperious need to unite the efforts of humanity for the sake of its self-preservation, for its good today, tomorrow, at all times.
