Finally! A game company that (for the most part) does right by its players. The game was very polished even when they first released it on Early Access, and they have continued to improve it since. Pretty much the only reason that it is still considered "early access" is because they are still adding content to the game. They actually listen to the gamers and (most of the time) fix problems very quickly. I'm not a fan of their decision to sell the Scorched Earth expansion for a higher price than the original game, which is why I haven't bought it yet, but that doesn't make the game any less awesome.
