A Way Out is a unique action-adventure game that will keep you and your friend entertained for a few hours. Hazelight Studios made its debut with Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons but no one was expecting another offline split screen co-op game back in 2018. It's innovative for the time it came out mostly due to its unexpected ending. However, it is also important to mention that the each section in game feels like tech demo with unique scenarios. It will also keep you on edge almost all the time thanks to its setting.

Its gameplay is perfect and serves its purpose as intended. You get to control your characters in split screen, go back and forth between them in well-designed action and combat sequences, and help each other in most cases. You'll bond with each other during the game and feel connected until... Yeah, let's talk about the story a little bit.

Both Leo and Vincent end up in prison for several reasons but there is one particular reason that draws them to each other: revenge on the one who made their lives slightly harder than it's supposed to be. They both leave their families behind, their lives behind to get their revenge. With cops on their tails, things won't be in their favor most of the time of course and it is up to you, and your friend to get them out of the tough situations.

We had a lot of fun with my friend while playing this. It's a masterpiece and an emotional rollercoaster in my opinion and I'm pretty sure it will leave most of you satisfied as well!
