The game launched terribly with some performance issues and a lot of microtransaction focused on the player. It's been a few months since then and most of that is fixed. Performance is more align to how your PC handles RTX since it's forced on. Other than that, it runs great for what it is. Biggest problem you'll face is frame dips due to RTX, having it dip all the way to 40 in big crowds.

Microtransactions is better, but it's pretty much on par with Vermintide's paid content. I see a lot of people say this game introduced Fatshark to Microtransactions, but I think those people are idiots that never played Vermintide. You can ignore them and not do anything with em. Cosmetics you earn and can buy with earned currency are good enough and fun as hell for me and a lot of people. Great customization tho.

Gameplay with each character is fun as hell, love how each one has specific roles to fill with loadouts that can drastically change it, making a sniping class into a crowd control class. Or a crowd control class being a piece of cover that is impervious to any pain or damage thrown at him. Fun as hell to find some interesting loadouts for each character and see what can stick with each perk.

The one thing I will say ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks balls about this game is how much actual content is in the game. It's pretty barren for what it is, but still has an addictive quality to it. Fun play every map with different modifiers, but they can only do so much for fun. Not much different missions either to help differentiate between levels, especially with reused assets in certain levels taking place in the same general area.

TL;DR wait until the game releases DLC and wait for it to go on sale with the game.
