Update: You know what, I have faith. A couple of weeks and major problems should be fixed.

Right now, reviews are at around 50%, which is pretty accurate imo.
This version feels like an early access with great ideas, but not polished yet.
When (Im sure they can fix everything, with months) most of the bad stuff get fixed, it will be a 9/10 probably, maybe 10/10.

Performance are baddd, its not great! My gaming rig is an i7 13700k, 32gig, Nvidia 4080, on an M.2, running at 3440x1440 @90hz.
I drop the graphics to low and keep dropping some more so I can have something close... but not there yet, to 60fps. And with graphics at low, its not the best looking game. Its demanding more than Cities 1 for meh graphics. I can boost the setting and have 30fps and under... but my cities are just at 6k pop and its not good... cant wait to see 100k pop at 10fps.
And to add more stats, my Working PC is an older 8700k, 16gig, Nvidia 1060 on an SSD. I run everything at the lowest at 1080p 60hz, and my fps is going around 20-50? Still 6k pop...

I HATE that the dev said 30fps is fine. If i can run Civilization at 90 instead of 30, of course 90 will be smoother, even if its just Civilization. We always move the camera in this game... SO yea, more fps is a plus even for this.

To add to the performance, the game crashes! Got 2 crash now, on 2 totally different PC... Bad performance, and crash... great. But those could be fixed... with months...

And other stuff that I hate is the snapping, and the traffic. The AI is pretty stupid or badly programmed. And some road rules are... stupid or missing. Mod could fix that.

In the good stuff: I like the city services building that can be upgraded like SimCity; The Industry seems to be a lot better; The power and water connected to the streets... Hell yea; The power grid having a wattage limit could be interesting but have'nt got there yet.

In the middle stuff: Some rewards should be unlocked at the start like most roads or the basic highway; the possibility to see the resources Before unlocking them; the money is weird right now as you get so much from cities reward, you could be in the red for hours but still see your money go up because of the rewards!
