A nice utility to run games in "borderless windowed" mode, which brings all the full-screen-ness of full-screen mode, and the freedom of moving the mouse elsewhere* of windowed mode. In some cases, windowed games run even faster than fullscreen games, so that helps a lot to improve efficiency.
