It is notable that it is in its early stages but it is very fun and has very good potential. It is very similar to Phasmophobia but has its own querks as well. I have only played multiplayer so I can only speak for that part of the game. You are able to adjust the difficulty very nicely since you can adjust both the difficulty of the level as well as its size. I'm looking forward to the further developement of this game.
