Passo 1
Prรฉ-aqueรงa o forno a 180ยบ C.
Passo 2
Pique a cebola, corte o alho francรชs ร s rodelas e descasque as batatas.
Passo 3
Num tabuleiro de forno faรงa uma cama com a cebola e o alho francรชs.
Passo 4
Tempere com parte do sal e pimenta e junte os lombos de salmรฃo.
Passo 5
Coloque as batatinhas ร volta e regue tudo com o azeite.
Passo 6
Tempere com o restante sal e pimenta.
Passo 7
Leve ao forno durante 30 minutos.
Passo 8
Retire e decore com manjericรฃo fresco e alecrim. Sirva de imediato.
