I'd recommend this game BUT at the moment I'd only give it 3/5 stars. If you are like me and love F1 and always want to have the latest game, go for it.

If you don't really care as much and already have F1 2020, this one is not worth it. The Breaking Point gamemode, while fun, takes just like 6 hours to complete.

- Classic cars are gone (RIP V10s)
- The option to go into the settings at loading screens is gone (so you can't adjust AI difficulty once you started a session or in between Quali sessions, like you could in F1 2020)
- The option to disable driver retirements/changing teams in a Driver or MyTeam career is gone for some reason, so in Season 2+ you can have strange line-ups like Verstappen in Alfa Romeo, Mazepin in Mercedes, or some random dude from F2 replacing Norris in Mclaren, and so on, which can be immersion breaking and annoying for some people
- Driver/Team ratings are not accurate to real life. For example Bottas somehow has a score of 92 and after finishing a full season of MyTeam, Hamilton was the champion with 375 points, Bottas 2nd with 310, and Verstappen 3rd with only 212 points. If you've been following F1 this year, you'll know that's not how this season is going. Accurate for 2020, but definitely not for 2021.

Other than that, this year there's a new damage model and the driving seems a bit different, but better, in my opinion. But then again, not such a big jump from F1 2020.
