Russians
Maybe its time to make own servers for Russians? They ruin fun in game. I hate playing with russians in my team. They always suck, they cyrylic names are annoying and they never use english. Russians are problem in every multiplayer game. Riot in LoL made for them servers becouse everyone hate playing with them.
