Haven't cried as much in the last 5 years as I did when I was approaching the ending. Need to take a break then replay the entire thing again, sheesh.

This game is an amazing metroidvania which will kick your ass initially but each run you get a little bit further and it gives you a real sense of progress while unlocking new weapons tools and traps which help you get closer to that final boss.
Its difficult and punishing while at the same time being fair and can be mastered with time
Precise controls, beautiful levels, steep difficulty curve and a subtle sense of humor make this an immensely enjoyable experience.
