You can strive to be one of the best, as the skill ceiling is incredibly high -- where movement, teamwork, aim, and other skills all apply. Or you could choose to just have fun and look good, the aesthetic updates have really bolstered the fashionable and collector sides of the community. Not interested in that? Look to the community servers! There are other gamemodes like Surf, bhop, Zombie run, and others that provide an entirely different aspect of gameplay altogether. Since the game has become free now, I recommend that you at the very least give it a look, as it's not just another corporate sequel, but a game built and designed around the community that made it happen in the first place.
