As of years 2021, we've upgraded ourselves to an impressive potato with years of saving. I've never dream of owning such luxurious potato but still it come nothing close like La Bonnotte Potato. Looking forward to upgrade this precious potato in many years to come.

The remaining of the hardware is just some small potato and eggses, not much worthy of importance to be mention that could affect the gameplay and STEAM review experience. As always; awards & thumbs up if the review is to your satisfaction and thumbs down is most welcome for bad review. Comment and feedback is always welcome too. If you don't mind drop me a profile reward and leave your name on comment below I'll drop back one to you. Thank you and have a YASSEX! Day :paperheart:

A Beautiful Hunt...Ruined by a Painful PC Port.
TLDR summary below.

Monster Hunter Rise had all the potential to be a fantastic entry in the franchise, but the way it handles the PC port, especially for Keyboard+Mouse users, is nothing short of a nightmare. If there’s one thing that’s clear from my experience with the game, it’s this: the dev team clearly doesn’t have much love for PC KB+M players.

This port has one of the most baffling, clunky, and frustrating setups I’ve encountered in all my entire life of gaming memory. The control scheme is an absolute mess, the inventory management system is unintuitive, and keybinding is a nightmare. The entire configuration feels like it was designed for console and then HATREDLY shoved into a PC version without any real thought for the keyboard and mouse crowd.

The solution was simple: just copy what Monster Hunter World did! World had a pretty solid configuration for KB+M player; tight, intuitive, and responsive. But no, Rise decided to break away from that and deliver what feels like a slap in the face for PC players who don’t use a controller. The sheer frustration of trying to configure the game almost ruined the experience before I could even start hunting properly. It’s hard to love a game when you’re STRESS spending countless hours and effort just trying to get it in order to play nicely with your setting.

But once you manage to get past the setup pain-IF you manage to get past it! The game itself isn’t half bad. In fact, it shines in a lot of areas. The visuals, for example, are much simplified compared to Monster Hunter: World but that doesn’t mean they’re bad. On the contrary, the game maintains a charming, distinct art style, the textures and details still manage to convey the same Monster Hunter magic. The environments are vibrant full of life and the monsters you’ll encounter are still a joy to fight....but only when you can control and setup your character effectively, that is.

The real star of Rise, however, is the Wirebug and Switch Skill feature. This is a game-changing mechanic that adds a fresh, exciting layer of strategy and combat. It caught me in awe and it opens up a world of new movement possibilities, allowing you to pull off new combos and fluid manoeuvres. It gives the game a dynamic, almost acrobatic feel that sets it apart from previous entries. It’s a lot of fun to use and it keeps combat engaging even hunt after hunt.

So, should you get Monster Hunter Rise? If you haven’t played Monster Hunter World yet, I’d still recommend going with World instead. It offers a more polished content and deeper experience overall. If you had experienced World, Rise It’s still a solid entry in the series, especially for players who enjoy the challenge of hunting down massive monsters and exploring the world around them but in my humble opinion Rise is definitely a better fit and offers a more pleasant experience for a controller users.

- TLDR In summary, Monster Hunter Rise is for faster get go experience yet retained the charms of Monster Hunter game that can be enjoyed, but only if you can get past its painful PC port. If you have the patience to navigate the terrible configuration and can tolerate the awkward setup, there’s a lot to love here. But if you're a Keyboard+Mouse user, be prepared for a lot of frustration before you even get to the fun parts.
