I grew up watching my sister play the original Titanfall on her XBox since its release, and I've been obsessed with the universe ever since. When Titanfall 2 released, it was finally my time to take up the mantle of Pilot, and I wasn't disappointed for a single step or wall-ride. The campaign became, and still remains, one of my all-time favorite FPS Campaigns of all time despite being relatively short and the story being relatively simple. Titanfall 2's campaign doesn't pretend to be something it's not, but rather takes the short time it has to make some of the most fun in gaming I've had in ages, and this translates into the multiplayer as well. Hell, I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at MP and yet I find myself coming back to it time and time again, especially as I age and as the yearning for that spark that only Titanfall provides increases, DDOS attacks and lack of support be damned.

This is a game made of passion, a game built on the hardwork of the first, using each aspect to its damn near fullest in ever surprising ways. I don't think Titanfall 2 will ever leave my top 10 games of all time, unless, of course, the long-awaited sequel releases and blows me away once again.

If you play FPS games, buy Titanfall 2. It's unique movement system, paired with stellar map design, satisfying mech gameplay and a fascinating world you want more of each time you delve into it, make it one of the best experiences I've had yet. If nothing else, buy it for the campaign and the amazing relation between a Pilot and his big Robot, fighting against the odds.
