Factorio is a game that will be continue to be played for decades. I akin this game to Minecraft for the creativity you can produce when building your base. There is no wrong way to build your base. There are better and worse ways but figuring it out and upgrading and improving on what you have is the magnificent charm of this game.

The game gives you the same sense of accomplishment and victory when you complete a task as you get from beating a boss in a souls game. Learning the game is a bit of a struggle, but once you get the ins and outs of it all, you can quickly master it.

Since all the worlds, terrains, ore deposits, bug spawns, lakes, trees, rocks, and cliffs are all randomly generated, you will always have a different experience everytime you play. Bugs are fearsome or easy depending on your settings. A small change in your settings can make the game a breeze or an unyeilding nightmare.

If you like games about solving problems, being creative, killing bugs with insane guns and nukes, moving 10k of ore a minute by train, or even just playing with friends, this game is an amazing gem that few games could come close to matching.
