The jiggle physics is insane.

4 - 5 years ago goats meta started to be dominated ,3 tanks 3 supports, they tried to brake it by buffing heroes left and right, again and again, and again (we are not gonna talk about the nerfs).. , present now and we have a issue of heroes doing to much damage, debuffes.. (zen discord with the 35%), kits that make u say slurs in defrent languages because, "oh no, f* f* he was 10 hp and he survived because of (kiriko suzu, life weaver grip, bap imortality field) ", escape abilitys are over chart right now so, duck me, i am gonna have fun playing tank role.

The gun play is some of the best ever developed, in my opinion far better than Valorant. The maps have been perfected over the course of 20 years and there is nothing quite like rushing B on Inferno, or doing a vent pop on Nuke. I have great memories with my friends playing on Dust 2 and Mirage. And don't even get me started on the game as an esport. I remember watching the 2021 major Grand finals with my brother. We we're both cheering for different teams, I was for NAVI and he was for Vitality. Our cheers and jumping out of our chairs in excitement will be forever burned into my head as some of my happiest memories. My time spent in the mapping community is also something I will also cherish. If you are someone who seeks the satisfying challenge of self improvement and grinding to one day perhaps see your self at the top of the ranks then there are FEW games as rewarding of a grind as Counter Strike. How ever no game is without it's flaws, and to me the biggest one is Competitive Match Making for North Americans specifically. Years ago the great rank reset has made it virtually impossible to get to the higher ranks. This might make me come off as a whiny scrub who isn't willing to grind but trust me I've see full blown cheaters who blatantly hack and win 20 straight games in a row dropping 30-40 kills per game not rank up to DMG and then lose one game and derank. Pretty much all of the old Global Elites quit, are cheaters or deranked to GN4/LEM. What this causes is a heavily skewed match making experience sure silver1-4 will be mostly fine but at higher ranks it's hard to tell what kind of game your going to get since the people who used to be global are now playing with Golds. The only way to circumvent this is to either play on EU servers where you are most likely to have 120+ ping, or to play on third party match making software like Faceit and ESEA, with by default are still gonna be harder than silver lobbies cause the only people playing their are people who already have a couple hundred hours in the game. I love this game to death, I have made so may friends playing it and still find it's gun play addicting and complex. If you are a casual player or a new player you probably won't find many issues, but if you are experienced and still solo queuing MM hard stuck in Silver Elite Master I cannot recommend Faceit enough to you. I love this game, but it's not for everybody. But I hope that you can love it too. lmao
