Early Access Review
Found a dragon, built lake town, destroyed lake town with dragon whilst maniacally laughing. Lego never ceases to amaze... 10/10

Yep, reading the forums, Windows 8 is supported.

It's quite simple and easy to do. I was spending an hour finding all the different stuff there is, and then decided to attempt something which went decently for the time i put into it. Parting note : I'm a master builder, don't question it.
