No, i am not a curator or advertiser of the game, just another fan who had a similar problem and a solution.

it saddens me to say this, but perhaps you should entirely disable voice chat through the options. my lag spikes became minimal since i done this. Just let your team know in the ingame text chat that its either you being unable to hear thema nd respond, or having a lagger on the team who is dragging everyone down. worked well on me so far :D
