According to the rules jointly agreed with the community, a player who breaks the rules of the game or chats four times receives a definitive penalty: permanent mute or just the loss of the ability to play. A player who has received a ban currently has two warnings, four mutes, one short ban, and 4 nickname changes. He was repeatedly warned about the possible consequences of his behavior and I sincerely regret that I attempted to rehabilitate him because even if I let him off lightly, he would have accumulated enough in time to be excluded from the game. I am at the same time sorry and pleased to see that you are defending your colleague in the guild, but placing negative reviews as a mass retaliation only harms the community, that is, you. Please consider whether this is fair.

Despite the current holiday, moderation and developers are open to discussion, and when we get back to work, we will look for a solution to avoid similar situations in the future and limit the possibility of abusing, among other things, the status of a traitor as a tool to oppress other players. Responsibility should, in my opinion, be spread over a larger number of players if the situation requires some kind of response. And any situation where a player causes problems should be reported to the game administration using the existing in-game tools. It is no dishonor to report a player who interferes with the gameplay. And that's what I'm asking you to do: to work together with us to make Gloria a nicer place for everyone.

Please consider whether the game deserves a negative review. I may deserve it, although I act on honest and public principles. Gloria and her players are not guilty of anything here.
