I buy a special pizza pasrty in one of the big supermarkets (auchan, u might know this brand - they are international afaik, with head office in turkey), get mozarella cheese, and prepare a special paste using tomatos, garlic, basil and other spices. Then I just grate the cheese, prepare the bottom part of the pizza with rolling-pin, combine everything together and put in the oven (250 C, 8-9 minutes, oven is warmed in advance).
So now I'm deep in sad thoughts about the senselesness of life in general and lack of decent mozarella in particular.
did i elaborate enuff?
