You know, I was never a fan of FPS games growing up and only played single player games and the occasional racing games with friends and relatives. Though this game was different, I tried it after seeing a friend of mine play it when I was kid, gave it a try and was amazed by it. Looking back reminds me of the stuff that wasn't added back then like weapons, mechanics, and stuff. Once I got my own laptop years later, I made my own steam account, downloaded the game with my poor WiFi speed, and played the game with the nostalgic 15 fps on dustbowl. Good times.

Wish I could end it here but no. It's a no brainier to know that casual is overrun by script kiddies, bots, and other names people have given them. Not even a recent issue either, but this has been an issue for several years. The lack of updates is one thing sure, but I just want to play the base game Valve and I can't even do that without seeing bots ruining the experience for others and I. Even when I do get a casual lobby free from bots, its a lottery in itself if I'll even stay in it cause people are so paranoid from the bots that people think I'm a cheater from just playing well, regardless of what class I selected and cosmetics I use. I had enough.

V.A.C isn't an anti-cheat, let alone a good one for how long this has been going for.
