Game was once great but now they are only worried about making money and adding more premium cosmetics. That's not an issue though, many games have in-game cosmetics available for purchase whether it be through opening crates, or purchasing them through the in-game store or market. However, the issue is that they are so focused on cosmetics, that they don't care about the integrity or status of the gamestate. With the latest update, you now get a penalty for leaving a CASUAL game. Let that sink in. You are playing the game CASUALLY and you get a penalty for leaving.... I wouldn't be opposed to that, if it weren't for the fact that in casual there is always a group of friends that are either gamethrowing, or trolling. They are now forcing you to sit through matches that are un-fun and honestly just an utter waste of your time. The report system does nothing in casual play as well, so the penalty for leaving is utter nonsense. Two months ago, I would have recommended this game to anyone, Now, I say don't come anywhere near it.
