My very first FPS at 6 years old! I remember playing these during the LAN days and cant forget the memories! Highly recommend with ChaotUT and maps! fantastic if you feel like playing a shooter that has that classic style of gameplay!

So across 3 traditional games and 3 seasons of Anime (Ultra Despair Girls was essentially covered in the Anime so I will play/review that later), I will officially say that I have finished the story! I highly recommend this series as a whole! If you want a good story, then this is your bag! The gameplay is a fully immersive action-mystery visual novel that will push and pull you mentally!

After reading other fan speculations while on the journey of the Danganronpa universe, I would recommend this sequence for the best story flow!

-Danganronpa; Trigger Happy Havoc

-Danganronpa; Trigger Happy Havoc (Anime) if you would like a recap or just want to see the story again!

-Danganronpa 2; Goodbye Despair

-Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls (optional, I was able to fill in the gaps with the Anime and I heard the gameplay is different than the other games in the series)

-Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School ([Anime] I highly recommend that you should watch the Despair Arc first, then the Future Arc, and finally the Hope Arc episode)

-Then you will finish the story with the True Ending in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony!


If you have made it this far in my review, then you should know that the 3 traditional games have side content that you can play if you want to go achievement hunting or if you dont feel like moving games just yet (I am planning on going back for achievements since I just finished the whole story)! Some can be boring however if you love the universe that has been built then you will be fulfilled!

I greatly enjoyed this world that was built and would love to see others enjoy it as well! Cheers!!

EDIT; In this game, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to USE A CONTROLLER!!! (D1 and D2 are fine with Mouse and Keyboard)
