No words. No news. No response. All bots. Casual is unplayable. Not a single inch was moved by Valve.

Fix your game, Valve.

Or at least tell us you don't want to work on the game anymore and we can all move on.

You could try using the compatibility mode (Windows 7) and verify the integrity of the cache (Steam>>TF2>>Settings). Also mods that you have downloaded might be broken. To fix that remove your custom folder.
Another solution could be updating your drivers. Windows updates can break a lot, it probably isn't a game specific bug.
