Primary concern
My issue with this game is that it has way too little content. CDPR mentioned that players found the campaign in The Witcher 3 to be too long and that they were going to make it shorter in Cyberpunk. In my mind I thought that they were going to cut it by 20%, but no, instead they left us with the 20% in Cyberpunk. The Witcher 3 took me 120 hours to complete, and Cyberpunk took me less than 40 hours.

Story
The main storyline ended way too quickly. They managed to make Keanu Reeves a really annoying character. All of the different endings seem very rushed. What's worse is that you get a choice about 80% into the story which literally ends the game right there and then, making you miss out on hours of story content that you get with the other paths. It's like they're saying "the endings are bad anyways, you might as well end the game right now".

Side missions
Half of the time was spent on side missions (leaving 20 hours for the story), and there's really only one type of side mission: go to an area and clear it - no interesting characters or dialogues whatsoever. While combat is fun, it felt so pointless driving between points and killing people.

Graphics
The whole budget was spent here obviously. Had to spend 2 grand on a new graphics card.
