While I think direct comparisons to the Payday games are not fully accurate (Payday games are FPS RPGs, Crime Boss has very little RPG elements in comparison), what Crime Boss: Rockay City does offer is great, with a fantastic singleplayer mode and a pretty solid coop mode.
