Don't join, it is an addiction. You will find people with similar interests and make friends here.

I guess downsides would be..:
1. Toxic users (crash you, yell racial slurs, etc...)
2. The children (Ran into a 2 year old a while ago... AN F-ING 2 YEAR OLD! WHAT PARENT ALLOWS THEIR CHILD TO ENTER A GAME THAT HAS "all types" OF PEOPLE IN IT! I'm referring to the pedos who play this game) And they shouldn't be playing this game in the first place *ahem* teen rating

Tho besides all of the negatives:
1. you can watch movies with friends
2. MANY games to play (Cards against humanity, Gmod's murder, prop hunt, even Uno)
3. Personalize how people see you. (you could be a robot, furry, scp, you name it)
4. Lastly, some "red district stuff" if that is what you are into. (I'm looking at you Steve. Weirdo.)

In all seriousness, if you join VRC I hope you have fun.

List of things I'd appreciate if they were added:
Avi search (I want one in the menu, not a community world)
Save near clip setting ( manually changing it to max everytime I go in vrc is very annoying)
18+ restrictions (not removing nsfw, but lock it behind verification like chillout vr does)
