Sure, i don't have thousands of hours on pc... But i do on console (PS3).
Summary wise: It's worth the money and to play the game. Don't let these other reviewers persuade that the game porting sucks or that the game is laggy or giving them low frames.

Storyline: 9/10, I really like it. There are character developments. Each characters have their own personalities, and you'll grow fond of them.
Gameplay mechanics: 8/10, a bit different than what you're used to, but it's really designed for you to use "auto-battle." Sure, at times you'd rather have 100% manual control over what attacks you do, but it's a great game if you're going to just spam mouse1 or "x" to ok all your auto attacks.
Gameplay visuals: 9/10, almost no graphical improvement over the console. Sure there is V-sync enabled by default, and i dont think you can change that either. But it gets better, because your PC may be "better" than a ps3's hardware specs, your gameplay won't drop FPS simply because of its hardware limitations like the PS3.
Graphics setting: Now, people may over do their settings because they want the best qualities, but in shadow resolution, you should remain with what your hardware is most efficient, not capable. SHADOW RESOLUTION: should be set around 2048x2048, no more than that. Even if you have a gtx 1080ti, stick with 2048. There are port and coding limitations on how graphical information can be processed. (Don't be like one of those people saying "I have a gtx 1080, but i only get 20-30fps," Those people are just going by "brute force," rather than understanding and going with the flow of nature).

CPU: You need at least 4 cores, minimum. Something equivalent to ryzen 5 1500x (not 1400), or i5-7500. Make sure that your cpu is running over 3.4GHz. It is required to maintain high frequency rates. I overclocked my cpu and gpu to 10-20% to run this game smoothly. Don't let others fool you into thinking that this game (made in 2014 and ran on old gen console) be under-estimated.

FYI: low frames in this game is NOT DUE TO HARDWARE/PORTING ISSUES. This is all about the coding within the game itself. Historical information: console games are coded to run based on console specs, which are all about the same. But when you port them into pc, there are hundreds of different specs. PS3 has like 2-3... Because of coding based on console, an i7-8700k will run the same as a ryzen 5 1600, this game is not a gaming pc coding, console coding works differently both in concept and application.

Don't over do the settings, keep it medium or low. going high won't do anything but lower your frames.

OKAY... this is the dumbest thing i learned
If you get stuttering, just insert a USB game controller in. Magic! no more stuttering.
no GPU/CPU modification.

i dont even want to understand why the game stutters when you dont have a USB controller plugged in.
