Dear friends, gamers and fellow combatants of past and present.
Unfortunately as you can see, my steam profile has been tarnished by a false accusation of being caught cheating. When in actual fact this is a false claim and Slanderous deformation of character at its finest.
Those that know me, personally and only from many an online gaming session will know all too well, that is not me and not how i conduct myself.

To this day they still don't have the ethical decency to inform me of what it was that i did or had done that was so horribly wrong to earn a perma ban. And THEY continue to count the days. Talk about tarnish ones character!

As you are reading this, you are probably wondering, MrX ??? all these years and your a cheat?
NO i say to you. This is a putrid lie plain and simple.

Here is my story, let it be a lesson to you all.

In September of 2014 with my hard earned money, i purchased a 21:9 aspect ratio monitor with a resolution of 3440x1440.
I had eagerly plugged in this sparkling new device and reset all my visual options accordingly. @3440 x 1440 screen resolution.
No game files have ever been touched. No software or wide screen wrappers ever considered let alone used as i checked first on the wide screen gaming forums that this could result in a ban, so i did not want to make that fateful mistake. I chose my resolution from within the game and went about my merry way of shooting stuff and having fun with a mate.

During said game of carving up bots, my fourth map rotation instance of a private bot match i was kicked at random from the game which had already begun. I was the host so it was quite an odd occurrence to happen and something i hadn't seen before.
On reloading of said game, i was presented with quite a rude screen, of being perma banned for undisclosed reasons.

I have attempted to make contact with said developer with absolutely no response.
I had successfully made contact with Activision support forums, where by my support ticket was closed prematurely stating resolved, when indeed not the case, this support ticket shed now light on the situation as the person resolving said ticket, clearly stated they did not know why i was banned.
This same person and ticket then emailed me a link to an Activision code of ethics document, which was in actual fact for another entirely different game.
Another Epic Fail

10 years later and still they are counting since my false ban.
I want this false accusation removed from my profile once and for all.
A steam support ticket is lodged, only to be given not even a glimmer of hope as to a reason why i was banned it the first place.
All this had accomplished was now a VAC ban for my efforts in clearing my name.
Once again, with what proof? I have certainly been shown none.
How can a profile be update almost 600 days later with a random VAC ban?
Steam support and Activision support being flawed and siding with the devs, even when they are unethical in their customer treatment.
Prior to lodging this recent steam ticket, my steam status has been in good standing since the time of the initial developer ban.
Never have i been so disgusted with such shocking customer support or treatment.[i/]

Be warned, once they have your money, they do not care at all for you the consumer.
Its all about the $$$ and how much of yours, they can get at what ever the cost.

All for a stupid computer monitor.
Image how these companies are going to treat you, with VR and augmented realitites when these all become common place.

I sleep well knowing i have a clear conscience.
But saddened at how companies can treat its fans so unfavourably.
Yes still rake in million upon millions of dollars each year
At YOUR expense !!!

I write this, on the 14th April 2016, the day i received my First unsubstantiated and Falsely appointed VAC ban.
