Arma 3 is a great simulation for real type world situations, with some of the most immersive graphics you'll find along with a character which has more control's than you can imagine (allowing you to be in weird stances, or lay on the ground in different positions, etc). This game has many vehicles to play with, from cars to large armoured vehicles, helicopters and boats. The weapons in this game are probably some of the most realistic ever from a game, for instance features on snipers allowing you to zero them for accuracy over long distances. Clothing in the game is very detailed, allowing you to create a squad logo patch which can be applied to some of them (We had our zX Patch added which looked amazing, it also showed on vehicles), also ghillie suites look cool. The great thing about Arma 3, similar to Arma 2 is the mod's along with the DLC content which has added many vehicles. The biggest problem with this game is the bug's you'll find and the lack of fixes from developers, it seems they are more interested in providing more DLC content for money. However, Arma 2 was buggy as hell and had similar issues. My main feedback about this game would be that for me, it was never as fun as Arma 2 was, yes it's more realistic, it has more stuff, it looks better, but it's not as fun. The thing which makes Arma 3 quite a hard game is the clunkyness to the player movement however I did mention it has loads of controls which can be a good thing but also too much to learn in one go for newbie players. If you want to play a real type world simulation army game with lots of battle online, play king of the hill which is intense and probably one of the most fun modes Arma 3 offers. If you prefer role-play or base building/looting/pvp etc there are mod's such as Altis Life & Exile which allow you to do this. Overall Arma 3 is a great game, but I feel the community hasn't grown as large as it could be or stuck around as it wants more bug fix's, and other games can be less frustrating, or more enjoyable depending on the experience you're looking for. I will play Arma 3 in future to keep an eye on developments.

I was late to play Arma 2, and I haven't played in ages but I really liked it. I must say some of my best gaming hours ever were spent on this game, and the guns and mods were brilliant. Arma 2 was (at the time) the best simulation for army tactics and warfare. However, I mainly played the online mode's with mod's such as DayZ, it was amazing due to the fact it had features such as base building, storing loot, killing zombies, pvp with players, flying helicopters, driving vehicles etc. Arma 2 had many bug's and issues but once you got used to them you could avoid them, sometimes unavoidable it made the game funny, other times annoying. Now Arma 3 has a much larger community I expect Arma 2 is dying off, however Arma 3 is just as buggy but in different ways, and the devs appear to be more bothered about releasing DLC's than fixing bug's. Arma 2 was built on an older engine, so it very much had it's own feel and it's a classic IMO.

Rocket League is a game of football in vehicles with rocket boost, either 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4 (mostly 3v3), and what a concept. This game makes me laugh so much, it can be stupidly hilarious when everyone misses the ball or you score an own goal (I guess it depends how serious you take this game). Apparently it has a competitive side to this game, which I find hard to believe because it's far too funny. Even as a competitive 'gold/silver' player ranking up and down I laugh so much, and I am getting quite good, I can win 6-0 on competitive sometimes with like 4 goals of my own, 6 if I'm lucky. I play on keyboard and mouse, and this can take a while to learn as it's probably best played on a game controller, however, now I've learnt the controls I can fly and play to a decent level. Someone told me to de-install the game on the first casual game I played the other day, and after I warmed up I won the game with 2 goals, 2-1, and the guy who told me to de-install was at the bottom of the leaderboard (on my team, lol), so like any game some people will be toxic if they think they are better than you, but I never let it get to me and I never quit a game if losing. Do this and you'll have fun xD. The game has built in chat commands which I don't use often, but it helps other people not spam the chat with actual typing and instead you get more game related chat. I would recommend this game as a secondary game to play, after your main chosen game, for a few matchs to have a giggle.

Rust has changed a lot in my time and it changed a lot before my time as well, however I've clocked over a thousand hours on the game and it's due to it's addictive nature. The character movement feels quick and responsive and the combat is fun. This game is basically about building a base and gathering resources to develop your base, weapons and defences by eliminating the enemies. The game includes AI characters roaming monuments and a moving ship at sea, with animals such as bears and wolfs on the general map. Travelling the map is now much improved with helicopters, horses and boats. Rust unfortunately houses a very toxic community in larger busier servers and the game is PVP orientated for the most part rather than survival against the elements, although playing standard vanilla will make the elements challenging and as a solo player very annoying sometimes due to the size of the map and trying to navigate it, but some servers limit group sizes or are solo only to help solo players survive. This game features modded servers which if you don't have loads of time will speed up your process of getting to the top tier weapons and full strengthened bases, you'll be better off with other people helping you progress but solo play is also possible and fun if you can defend yourself or find a quiet server where you aren't prone to be raided within 5 mins. Modded servers can be owned by people who have permissions to do things and I have experienced a server where after beating a certain clan in online PVP, a clan friend with admin powers abused his powers to fly around the map, go invisible find my bases and take everything and also kill me but try and make it look legitimate. I have also hosted a server with my gaming community before and that went really well for a few months but unfortunately we couldn't afford to keep it running and I didn't have the time for it, however I would recommend anyone who likes rust to get there own server (small ones don't cost much) and experience what you can do as an admin, and try the mods for yourself to fully understand the game better (if you like the development side of things). Either way you can choose the server to play on and find one that works for you and there are some fun mode servers like bow and arrow only (on and island) .

CS:GO Review
CS:GO is always evolving and for the small fee I paid it's well worth the money for the amount of game modes it has, the ability to make maps and be involved in the workshop community is great as well. I have spent thousands of hours on this game. From CS Source, this game moved forwards in graphics but somehow the game play was never the same, however a new type of game, similar to before emerged. Some people may find it hard to begin with, and will need practice or adjustment to the mouse etc. CS:GO is a massive enterprise now with global tournaments so lots people try to become good at it, struggling because they must learn patience and tactics, as well as having general game knowledge speed and skill. CS:GO does have a community of nice dedicated players mixed with some toxic angry hot heads if they cannot tolerate losing on a particular day, as the game has a fierce competitiveness to it which creates anger when losing for the untrained player, however to combat this the game will ban a player if they repetitively team kill someone (in competitive) plus most games have players that are annoying, at least on certain servers right? The ranking system can be a pain, to rise up through the ranks requires winning a lot of games. Skins for weapons is a money making system for CS:GO but they do look funky on the weapons so people may be interested to collect them and show them off in game, opening crates and getting a special knife is really rare. The reason I like CS:GO is because I enjoy zeusing player's (tasing them) and also because I like to try different tactics and improve on them and use them randomly to win the games I play in, sometimes I also like to join friends and play the maps they like to play just to see how I perform ;) You can watch a video of me playing under videos on my profile. I have spoken

This game is a classic, now mainly played by the older community (probably because they didnt like the changes to CS:GO) due to things such as the original buying system for weapons etc. Changes from the original counter-strike include things like.. Improved graphics and physics. You can now smash through some crates, computers and plenty of other items littering the levels. Glass, when hit by a bullet or knife, only falls away in a small radius around the point of impact, so it now takes another bullet or somebody jumping through the frosted effect of the cracked remnants to make it through completely. You can no longer penetrate two-foot walls with bullets, and a grenade going off on the other side of a wall will no longer hurt you anywhere near as much, but you can still send bullets through boxes, cupboard doors and the like. Water now splashes visually as well as audibly, giving the defending side on maps like Aztec a bit of an advantage in locating intrepid aggressors. And hostages are now capable of following you without getting stuck so easily. Like the old game - the community is very large and extra's are available for download, such as maps/textures and mod's for those who own servers.

The best thing about counter-strike source is the gameplay, which is fun, quick and hard to stop when you are good! You can however.. easily load the game, play for 20mins and stop (but still feel addicted to come back and play again whenever you feel the need to shoot some players). The maps give you multiple but limited choices to how you approach each round and which way you're going to run, paired with the fact each time you can choose a different gun and see if your opponents have changed strategy as well! If you're reading this review - I'm suprised, it's an old game but well worth playing still, I reviewed it as it's my first review for steam and one I know the best (trying to slowly get a badge or whatever, lol).
- Yours Sincerely Bl4ze
played counter-strike since cs 1.2
