I was never a massive Warhammer 40k person until I really got into Space Marine 2. Really am surprised at how much lore this game has backing it. I played the first game back in over 10 years ago and really enjoyed it, but at the time never really understood the lore as much until now, as I never really cared for the Orc story line. Now I'm craving for more, and hoping that Henry Cavill's Warhammer 40k tv show really comes to fruition and keeps away from the woke that is equality. Considering the main squad you play with in the campaign is very diverse as is, I don't see why everyone is complaining so much.... anyways....

This game is such a breath of fresh air and doesn't cater to the woke. This is a very masculine game and as such, is fantastic. The campaign, continues from the first game, and really does give you a few surprises as well with Titus and his overarching story. I am very pleased with how it ended, and can't wait for more of his story.
Though I am very disappointed that I can't slap on a wig and high heels on Titus.... haha, Not

I do wish the game was a bit longer, beat the main campaign in a little over 6 hours on normal difficulty, and the PVE missions in just about 4 to 6 more depending on servers and their issues that are currently plaguing the game. I'm sure server issues will be resolved in due time, and was to be expected day 1 and early access release times. I will say though, the game may be short, but the attention to detail is phenomenal! From every scratch on every single type of armor piece to a very highly customization suite of options and armors that are available to you that you can mix and match as you unlock them. Every single mission has an extraordinary amount of detail in every level. From seeing massive fights in the distance, to the tiniest of details in a simple elevator and it's control panel. This, in my humble opinion, is probably why the game is so short. Lots of development time placing every distant battle with tons of units, fire in the distance, pebble in the road, etc. The detail is pretty crazy. I can only hope future content will continue to expand on the story perhaps and introduce even more PVE content or maby even Campaign content. Considering how the campaign was left off, there is certainly room for it.

Content wise, unless your really excited for PVP, you can pretty much experience most of the content in 16 hours which isn't a ton of time, considering the price tag, seems a bit low. But with future content being rolled out, hopefully this will be extended. I, for one, don't care for PVP and will unfortunately not really look into the PVP side of things so I'm sure there is plenty of gametime in that aspect of the game, so take the game time with a grain of salt. Personal experiences may vary on play time.

I will say though that repeating the, currently available, PVE missions will get dull pretty fast. After beating the main PVE missions most will just be looking to figure out how to do speed runs on them to maximize XP gain for quick class and gun leveling. Nothing like Helldivers II that has a wide mission variety with tons of different objectives and side tasks at least when comparing mission diversity.

Did I mention the lack of wokeness in this game too? This game is so masculine it is fantastic! Feel sorry for those who aren't represented, but not really. Overall, attention to detail (Very lore accurate) phenomenal graphics & fantastic story with plenty of customization options for PVE content, It's a must buy for me. Albeit the price can be a little high with the current content available at release. I'm hoping for so much more in future content dlc.
