This game has nose dived so hard and it hurts. Clever strats have been replaced by an endless stream of hackers. New maps have been replaced with bland reworks which highlight Ubisoft still don't know how to structure a map in this game and any of the good ones are pure flukes. Actual content has been replaced with trashy looking cosmetic items and grindy battlepass. If it doesn't make money off the bat Ubisoft don't care anymore. The pro-scene has been scrubbed clean of anything remotely interesting. Even the yearly Invitational videos have dropped in quality significantly, continuously focusing on a plot that doesn't go anywhere and dumb face reveals so you can look at a character now and go "Yup, that's a face."

In all the time Siege has been out Ubisoft still does not understand it, is unable to make good content update decisions, and will make you wait half a year for the little they do announce. This was once my go to game, I made many a good friendships on it and I miss it dearly, but for the past year the game has been in an absolutely dreadful state and I have very little hope for it going forward.
