Helldivers 2 is an exceptional co-op shooter- whether you have friends to play with or not, it's quick and easy to create a squad and drop in. Equipment is relatively well balanced, the weapons have an excellent feel to them.
The game isn't perfect, and especially this early in development there are certainly bugs and issues. But I've only rarely seen developers as attentive and communicative as those working on this game. I'm confident that it will only improve with time. I highly recommend this game to anyone looking for an excellent co-op experience.
